Applicants must submit their original passport with at least six months’ remaining validity and a minimum of two blank visa pages.
One recent photograph is required for the Chinese visa application. The photo must be 48 mm × 33 mm in size, with a head width of 15–22 mm and a head height of 28–33 mm.
Applicants must submit a bank statement and bank solvency certificate covering the previous six months, showing a minimum closing balance of BDT 300,000.
An invitation letter issued by a travel agency registered in Mainland China is required.
Applicants must submit a confirmed air ticket.
A confirmed hotel booking with proof of full payment must be provided.
A detailed travel itinerary must be submitted, indicating arrival and departure dates, destinations, and accommodation arrangements during the stay in China.
Copies of previous Chinese visa pages or the old passport must be provided. Official name change documents are required if applicable.
A photocopy of the child’s birth certificate must be submitted.
Photocopies of both parents’ passports must be provided.
A signed letter of consent from both parents, certified by a government authority, is required. The letter must confirm approval for the child to apply for a Chinese visa, specify the visa validity and number of entries, and state that the parents will cover all related expenses.
Consular officers may request further supporting documents or information at their discretion. Applicants may also be required to attend an interview.
The consular officer has the sole authority to determine visa approval, validity, duration of stay, and the number of entries.
Possession of a valid visa does not guarantee entry into China. Final admission is determined by Chinese immigration authorities in accordance with Chinese laws and regulations.
