1. Passport

Applicants must provide their original passport with at least six months of remaining validity and two blank visa pages. Include a photocopy of the passport’s data and photo pages. For a 1-year multiple-entry visa, the passport must be valid for at least 15 months from the application date.

Applicants must complete the online visa application form, print it, and sign it. Attach one recent color passport-size photograph (48mm x 33mm), bare-headed, full face, and against a light background. Bring the completed form and photo to the Visa Centre.

A signed letter from both parents, certified by the government, confirming consent for the child to apply for a Chinese visa. The letter must state the visa validity, number of entries, and that parents will cover all expenses.

A fax, photocopy, or printed copy of the invitation letter is acceptable. However, the embassy may request the original. If issued by an individual in China, a copy of their Chinese ID card must be included.
