Applicants must submit their original passport with at least six months’ remaining validity and a minimum of two blank visa pages.
One recent photograph is required for the Chinese visa application. The photo must be 48 mm × 33 mm in size, with a head width of 15–22 mm and a head height of 28–33 mm.
A letter of guarantee from a foreign transport company or an invitation from a Chinese entity is a required document for specific Chinese visas.
